With respect to Sun, it doesn't fit in. It's not a server chip.

IBM is demoing a labtop at the PC expo and has said if there's good demand, they'll come out with a product. I think many of the other makers are taking the same approach. The big feature is that it using very little power so it can extend the life of devices running on batteries. I've seen some on the Intel thread suggest that Intel can match the low power consumption, so I'm not sure where we'll ever see the Crusoe.
