That 4 1/2 million dollars shortfall cost Kim and Family approx 3.580 billion dollars.(108.5 million shares times $33($62-29) That is a hellva price to pay for "POCKET CHANGE TO THE KIM FAMILY" AND AMKOR COMPANY.
