SSP--Chymboryk--You are right on the money with that one. They just clean them up and then make them pretty much untouchable. I've spoken with him several times and also tracked some of their other deals. You've pretty much summed up the blueprint.

Maybe everyone needs to rethink this shell strategy? Talk to some people who put these deals together, r/ms, and they will tell you they never would invest in a shell because the first thing they do is reverse split them to gain control. CCCZ, KLYS, CHIP, EKSIA to name a few. Maybe if you buy them on the base for the speculation of the reverse and then bail but otherwise I think there are better places to have the money. If you want a shell which will have deals without a reverse split look at IIMC. Event date this week or first of next with a release stating control of the company has changed. Once this is complete my understanding is they have money and deals already worked out to announce. The volume is picking up and this one was dead for a long time as they had to vote out one individual who controlled the company and had an unusual amount of personal problems to the extinct it was affecting their ability to conduct business. I believe this to be the best shell out there. Float 10,000,000.
