The last time there was a parts shortage, DELL management denied there was a parts shortage, then admitted there was a shortage but denied that it would have an effect, then admitted that the shortage had an effect.

Perhaps some people are remembering that.

Kemble, component shortages in Q4 left a bitter memory for some Dell investors so such talk again is going to make some nervous.
