R-W R: It hurts my head every time I look at the common share rollforward and options and warrants tables in the COII reg statement - and I'm a CPA by trade.

As best as I can reckon, right now, there are 93,567,101 fully diluted shares out, including ITM warrants and ITM vested options - based on the following 3/31/2000 #'s:

Issued shares 79,444,221
ITM warrants 7,683,047
ITM options - commissions payable 419,000
ITM vested options 6,020,833
----------
Total 93,567,101

But I might have missed a few million issued after 3/31. There's a statement in the proxy that poor Dave (who started this thread) didn't get his current option award because, by gol, by the time they got around to it, there weren't enough shares authorized. Glad Chiro is out there today voting yes to "GIVE DAVE (who started this thread) MORE OPTIONS."

Who knows how long the next 100 million will last. They burn through this stuff pretty fast.

Real World, I liked your idea about seeing if we could hire on at CTI for $36 million each - but since our thread is being monitored, probably we couldn't get in.

But almost as lucrative could be organizing a shell Utah company and seeing if we could win the bid on the share certificate printing work!
