If there were to be criminal repercussions, DR might be looking at serious jail time. On the other hand, Bradford as a first-time offender in a white collar case is unlikely to see the inside of a jail should the case have criminal repercussions. Bradford did it for his pal. The more interesting question deals with Jeannette. What does the SEC have in mind for her?
