If there were to be criminal repercussions, DR might be looking at serious jail time. On the other hand, Bradford as a first-time offender in a white collar case is unlikely to see the inside of a jail should the case have criminal repercussions.

Bradford did it for his pal. The more interesting question deals with Jeannette. What does the SEC have in mind for her?

Yes, Dorian's a creep for doing this. But taking the fall may have been part of the deal. Steve's salary was $100K I believe, plus he got shares, and if the 6/23 press release is to be believed, he didn't have to do anything to earn it.
