Well hustle on down and get a couple, they're really good eating. Try to get one's that are picked because they are one mother fucker to pick. Good meat though. Cook them rare and the are similar to filet mignon, slightly liverish. You must have the Branta Canadensis Magnimus, the giants. They tend not to migrate. They were at one time thought extinct but we found some in Fulton County Illinois. Now they are everywhere.
