Kaka,
Hi!!

RE: Dell's e-business Web site was first launched in February when the company began offering Web hosting services. Since then, more than 8,000 business customers have signed up for DellEWorks services.

Get a larger glass...It's spilling now...

"there is a tremendous market out there and people are just starting to figure it out. Let me give you an example. In the past people would pay $45 for a chair and the procurement folks would try and renegotiate their contracts to get that chair for $43. Well, recently people have been looking at the total cost of ownership and found that they would spend between $100 and $150 buying that $45 chair. Now they are finding that by building out their internet infrastructure they can lower their procurement costs to 10 to 15 dollars. That is why so many people are excited about the internet. The cost savings are HUGE and people need a lot of servers to realize these savings. DELL is wanting to focus on being the provider for those servers."

Not a bad start huh Gary? Got any idea why those new and expanding facilities in my photo album excite me?
:O)

"There are currently only 4-5% of the servers required to run the internet by 2004 and all of these will be obsolete"
