hollen, Are you truly happy the company filed this report? The company has assets of $1.3MM and liabilities of$4.5MM. The company lost $2.2MM last year on $1.8MM in sales. In 1998 the company lost $700K on $1.6MM in sales. In 1999 the directors approved an increase of 200MM authorized shares, bringing the total to 400MM. In 1999 the outstanding shares increased to almost 212.5MM bringing the market cap as of todays close to almost $183MM. These are published facts, my not so good friend. Call me a basher if you wish, but let's discuss the facts. $183MM for a company that lost over $2MM on less than $2MM in sales? And you think this is good news? Do you even bother to read this stuff? Get real. It was a good short at 10 cents. It is a great short at $.86 Have fun, Phil
