No, that isn't the kind of set-up I have.

I have a server linking three machines using Ethernet and three IP addresses. I know of a way to spin out the market data so I can break it into two boxes. I'll just use it for testing purposes. I don't really have the room in here to set it up permanently. Also, another machine would be a serious drain on power. This house is from 1913 or so.....re-wiring rooms is something I would need a team of Italian artisans to help with.

Actually, I'm not certain that the method I have in mind will work any longer. It used to work, years ago, but then the data started coming in a heck of a lot faster so perhaps not. If I find I can test just using EOD data then it will save me the trouble of finding out, anyway.

I think FredE and .... someone else, now I forget who .... were speaking of a NAT set-up, I think, where one machine was "open" and had the IP and the other mirrored inbound traffic. That sounds more along the lines of what you are speaking of.
