Actually the Stanford Law Review IS a bastion of ideology- CONSERVATIVE ideology. I am ROFL thinking someone would claim they were liberals. Berkeley maybe (although it's main law review can be pretty conservative also- remember these proto lawyers are going [for the most part] to big firms to make mega bucks).

Regardless of whether Joan wants to impugn my source, or my impugning of her source, or your identifying the root source, the fact remains... no one gets fried who doesn't deserve it. The system is set up with checks and balances to assure this.
