June 9 -- that was after the last newswire issued by Merger on June 1.

The next newswire, on June 15, was an awful specimen written perhaps by DR himself.

I wonder if Merger decided it wouldn't stoop to doing business with somebody about to get nailed by the SEC?

SEC usually steps in well after the fact.

If they did their damn job, in the first place, there would be no need for us bashers.

I'm ticked off that they cite the May 11, 1999 phoney LFT PR and then proceeded to do nothing for another 13 months.

They should be reading some of these BB boards to see what is going on.

Oh well, 65,000 posts later they wake up !!!
