Dan, re:<K6-2+ and 3DNow extensions for DVD/MPEG> That will be a powerful weapon against Transmeta, since I doubt the Transmeta FPU, even at 700 MHz is capable of DVD playback. The die size should be about 60mm, which could make the cost of silicon including labor about $6. (400 good die per wafer and variable costs of about $2500 per wafer max)
