at first your post seems very logical..

but,there are more iftp,pdci,pxps,enet,iimc,
and a ton more new stocks under .25 just sitting there waiting to be found without the mm's needing to run the same
old ones again...

just does not make any sense...the mm's do not like to take positions in stocks and makes no sense to force people to sell....
