Liz, you are so analytical.

Here is my cut and paste from the last financial submitted (on SEDAR).2000 1999 2000 1999
Three months ended March
31,
Nine months ended March
31,
Investor relations and compliance 142,376 65,257 280,017 196,430

So last month they spent 142 K$ but the 9 moth total is 280 K$ (compared to 196 K$ from last year).
Using the ratio, you are probably looking at 400 K$ for this year.

Your 500 K$ is high but not as out of whack as I might of thought.

It doesn't really seem we get much bang for the buck.

There SG & A is up a fair bit in general. I suppose investor relations and compliance includes reporting, brochures, website, audits, and annual reports (I used to get 3 annual reports as I had shares in 3 different accounts).

Maybe we can get them to cutback on the cheese cake poses in the annual reports and just report the numbers.

Fortunately, revenue is increasing faster than expenses. Losses are way down (though if you have followed TMI, you will note that growth hasn't been a straight line - they were profitable in 1998 for YE, they had a disaterous 1stq in 1999 which they couldn't recover from - bad rains and the machines chucked off the diamonds in mud balls).

I tend to follow the big number myself and don't concern myself with every line. I am kind of curious if we are going to see an impact from rising fuel (it actually went down but they cloud this with labour and parts).

My favourite lines are revenue and expenses and as long as revenue grows, I am happy.

Cheers
