Ted and Gopher, Thanks for the welcome. It is Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Ted, are you an Illinois Alum? I am majoring in CS. I really enjoy the college life. My options are Jan 120. Right now I am wishing that I had some money for some July or August calls at about 90. What was with that article just posted that said they don't think AMD can get more than 25% market share? They must be living in a dream world. And what is with the Transmeta phenomenon? I thought that the power usage of the chip was small in relation to the other components of the laptop. Can it really improve the battery life by 75%?
