Randy, I keep waiting for someone, anyone at all, to shed some light on the relationship between Daron Dillia and David B. Johnston. It just seems so very odd that she doesn't really have a business at all, provided little in the way of services (I mean corporate services) that I can find and got $50 million for her troubles. There must be someone who can say why she was worth giving up 5% to 10% of there value in COII for her services. Thanks, peter
