Wait, what's this? I thought South Korea's abandonment of phone subsidies was supposed to not be an issue since that would really just give the Korean manufacturers an opportunity to sell more phones abroad! Less is more, remember? But now QCOM comes out with this news>

07:09 ET QUALCOMM (QCOM) 63 11/16: --Update-- Trading 1 7/8 pts lower after announcing that it expects "modestly lower" order levels for its chipsets in the 4th qtr due to an anticipated decrease in domestic South Korean phone sales related to the elimination of phone subsidies.
