Bill, Normally, there will be significant "synergies" in the Admin side of the company which flow directly to the bottom line. In any case quadrupling the Revenues while the shares will be less than double; as well as taking the estimated growth rate from 30% to almost 50% is, at the very least, encouraging. I'd expect the issue to be addressed in the conference call, which won't start for another 5-10 minutes. Replay will be available from MTSN's web site at 11AM today. Ian.
