I thought you meant that the only people who could short COII were those with offshore accounts that could short naked. I suggested you call ETrade (for example). If you bothered to call, you'd find that they would let you short COII. I didn't say they would let you short without a borrow. >Sounds to me like you are full of it!! Quite the opposite. I didn't blindly listen to the ignorant posters who proclaim that you can't short BB stocks domestically. I picked up the phone.
