Of COURSE it is killing- you cause the life functions of another person to cease. It might not be murder- you can define murder any way you want- it's a legal term- but killing is not really a legal term. It most certainly is killing. Why don't you want to call it killing? I mean killing can be legal or illegal depending on how you define the laws. You must be uncomfortable with it if you can't even call it what it is. I don't have a problem with killing people in the abstract. I just don't want the State to do it- as they are fairly bad at everything else they do.
