ex, do recoin an "old Texan phrase, I have known OVIS?RMIL, no friend of mine, and VLNC ain't close to those guys. They have a real plant, they have enough cash to get to positive cash flow, and unless Mr. Murphy gets in their way, they should be on their way to full production. Will they succeed? I know not, I have stated here before that they are shooting for the "golden ring" (dominance in the Li-poly segment) and have spent OPM galore to get there (I do not have the last count, but it should be approaching $200 MM very soon). OVIS never got to the "table" nor did they manage to get access to any money, VLNC, somehow managed to get through the floorless with only some 10 MM shares dilution, not great, but if they succeed in building a billion bucks business, not the end of the world either. That is what they are after and the jury is still out deciding if they can get there. Zeev
