Harmonic is hard to call today. They have cutting edge products, and Divicom has cutting edge products. Together, they can drive headend functions deeper in the network, and offer more consumer features.

Thats great, but they didn't sell their products. When they have a win, it takes 1 to several months to bill for the job. They have a pipeline of business. That pipeline is at least 6 months long. The preannouncement said both Divicom's and Harmonic's pipelines are running at a lower rate. We may not have seen the low in sales. It will take some time to build it back up. I'm just a holder today. If you don't own any, a small position is a good idea.

They could get their sales back on a growth path and do what they were expect to do this year, just 1 year late. Or they could get bought out. It just could take longer then you might expect.
