Zeev,

I believe that the only major business risk in fully commercializing the product is as Lev stated "the only thing that will cause this company to fail is if I ship a batch of bad batteries". What other business risks to do you see that could cause the company to fail.

Regards,

Robert

Zeev, just having a little fun. I happen to have agreed with your previous post of a few weeks past. The "heat" did not come from me. There is risk, but the reward is too compelling to be out of this equity, IMHO. Also, I believe the risk has diminished significantly in the past year. Many previous risks are in the past, ie....the floorless, the lawsuit, institutional coverage, institutional ownership to name a few. I agree with Lev's game plan to GO FOR IT. The opportunity and market for a better battery is HUGE.

Good luck,

Steve
