I believe the hold-up is because they are debating the ticker symbol, its between DOGX and CRAPX. I believe the better HOLDRS are going to be issued by First Union, because of their powerhouse derivatives desk. ;)

Trader Dave? Yeah, rumors are circulating that he is lifeguarding down at the shore until the the nasdaq retests 5,000 or until Labor Day, whichever comes first.

Personally I kinda doubt it. I think Larry Ellison had him silenced once and for all. Probably dug through his trash and got some dirt on him.
