You seem to have mistaken my speculative comments as an assertion of fact.

That said, the liklihood of Electric Fuel's products being used in military communications gear is neither outlandish nor impractical. Further, the fact that the company has made no announcement about a potential sale to a politically sensitive military trade deal is not in the least surprising. Israel is not known for open talk regarding matters of security or their foreign exchanges.

It is my understanding that the US military already has a contract with EFCX for testing of Zinc-air batteries. The military aspect of this could be considerable. A lot of military gear (communication & otherwise) sits idle for long periods of time. Dead batteries make them useless & need to be replaced. A zinc-air battery packed in an airtight container & retaining its power until opened for use at a critical time would be a major improvement. (Uncle Sam will be happy to pay more than $10 apiece also:)
