I have just contacted a legal firm and, if I am right, I predict there will be grounds for bringing a new lawsuit against VLNC. I have stated before that there are as many reasons for bringing an action against a company for not providing timely information as there are for providing merde coated with icecream (which caused this company problems in the first place). As far as I am concerned you cannot hold an annual meeting, bullshit the troops, and then dummy-up. Let's call it a poker game: There is not a single person on SI or RB who knows what the hell hand this company holds -- a pair of dueces or a straight flush. If everything brakes right I hope to force the company to make period reports -- good or bad --. Believe me friends we longsuffering peons should know where we stand before some miserable New York brokerage receives a personal report. Who was it who said, "I love it when a plan comes together."??
