Volt & VENKIE,

IMVHO it has to do with the preferred financing deal that MSTR got last week. The conversion price of preferred to common is based on a 20 day average of MSTR share price & the preferred shareholders are shorting the chit out of MSTR to max out the # of common shares they receive upon conversion. I will try to get you more info on this later

BTW - No interset rate hike but inflation concerns expressed by FOMC
