I recommend caution in establishing new bullish positions, at least in the near term. NOK may be in the process of completing a broadening top. Note the sequence of higher highs since mar 6 and the sequence of flat to lower lows since mar 16. The broadening price range makes finding support near recent prices difficult ... and is usually resolved bearishly, IMHO.
