Are you aware of the EMC conflict? Full disclosure. I own EMC!
>Waltham, Massachusetts, June 28 (Bloomberg) -- StorageNetworks Inc., a data storage company that's planning to make an initial public stock offering this week, said it's in a dispute with EMC Corp., its biggest supplier and an important customer, the Wall Street Journal reported. StorageNetworks general counsel Dean J. Breda said his company won't change its IPO plans and there's no merit in a June 21 letter in which EMC accused StorageNetworks of misappropriating its confidential information, breaking an agreement not to hire its workers and misrepresenting EMC as an investor in the company. EMC spokesman Mark Fredrickson said that the letter wasn't intended to interfere with the StorageNetworks offering, the paper said.

Market conditions led StorageNetworks to delay its stock offering by more than three months after filing for its initial public offering in March.
