Yes, I believe that is true. Almost pulled that off on ECNC, shorted at 18, but it eventually re-opened at .50 cents... I believe if it was haulted and never opened again there would be no other side to the transaction, so it would be left open or short. Pretty cool when it does happen though. AMZN is a good short, I would just average up from here and allocate properly, in case it does run up again.
