Minnow, Nothing at all, in principal. In practice there is the verification issue. At least when you let a cat out of the bag we can see the cat, weight the cat, and otherwise quantify that cat. Now if I said I just bought 100,000 AMD, who can dent it? The problem is I can buy AMD in one account and sell in another for a net zero. tell you about one account and let you see the books, yet my exposure is zero. At least on the curb exchanges you could see what went on. Bill
