"..fourth quarter of fiscal years beginning after" means the first group of companies who'll be dragged kicking into reporting under SAB 101B won't report that fourth fiscal quarter until 2001, the last group not 'til 2002, all depending on fiscal year. As with SFAS 123, I don't see what all the fuss is about if companies take their duties to shareholders seriously. -mb
