There have been several conferences in the past 30 days surveying what I call "Power". Institutional interest is increasing and putting pressure on shares. Of note though is the numbskull thought process applied to this area. Folks just do not understand that the same dynamics that are raising the likes of AMSC, ATSN, PWER and others will also raise "boring" stocks like CUM. CUM has a subsidary that will generate (pun intended) a huge portion of their revenues going forward. I will make a prediction that by 2003 CUM will once again be regarded as a growth company (not bad for a company @ 6X earnings). By the way, check out the Capstone Turbine IPO tomorrow (it may be Friday).

Anyway, Power runs deep but the folks on the street can not fathom the overwhelming impacts.

Just to tease you . . . in order for telecommunications and data storage to continue (and accelerate) their growth ramps, Power related stocks MUST GROW EVEN FASTER. Take into account that most of the companies in this field actually are in the 20X-30X P/E range, and I think the opportunity can be seen.
