Naz up and Q slightly down

. . . . and it's a "constructive day" for Qualcomm. Shows just how bad the situation has become. Whew!

But I agree!

CATech and Thread ,,,If you had in-the-money JDSU July calls and in-the-money QCOM July calls and had to part with one , which one would it be...? ( the time premium is small, which one has the best near term potential over the next three weeks as they are both in the money..JDSU 105 strikes,, Qcom 60 Strikes)...?

CATECH,
I may get flamed for saying this, but the action in QCOM today reminded me of the action in DELL when it admitted its growth rate would have to slow as a mature company. SSB downgraded it, the stock went quickly to $39 and the shorts realized it was time to cover. It just wouldn't go down any farther. Don't really know if 60 is the magic # for Q, but once the bottom is identified, the shorts will probably cash out and find better uses for their substantial winnings. All in all a constructive day (but the negative press is psychologically draining).
Best,
JF3
