Not from the christian god, or any other diety for that matter. For a good discussion on the nature of Man's rights, where they arise from and how you can discern what is a basic right or a "made up right" that actually violates inalienable rights, refer to Ayn Rand's writings on the subject. You will see that rights do not hinge on the blessings of any supreme being, but from Man's own existence, rationality and the ability to utilize cognitive thought.
