As far as most people are concerned; more money is good, less money is bad. It's like golf, what counts is how many, not how (as long as none of the applicable rules of golf (i.e. laws) are broken). As you know, until appeals are exhausted it's debatable whether or not MSFT broke any laws. At least with golf, the rules are the same for everyone. There is, of course, a handicap system in golf. Perhaps this is what the DOJ is trying to establish for business. What would SUNW's, ORCL's, AOL's handicaps be. I believe that they are good enough players that they don't deserve any handicap.
