Perhaps. The question was, as an attorney, do you think the ITC would provide temporary relief under the circumstances? Without it, the case could be in the courts for years, couldn't it?

Sam, another question.
Hope I'm not bugging you, but I figure the only way I'll learn is to ask questions.
When determining relief, does the ITC take into consideration the economic impact on US commerce and the US consumer in cases like this?
