If you click to view the image at full size and look to the very bottom left there must be a jumper bank for the FSB settings because the jumper positions are silkscreened there, 100MHz and 133MHz are explicitly listed but no 400MHz. It does list two other settings though. ("Tri-State", and "Test Mode") I was just wondering where the 400MHz setting was.
