That's my feeling. you can 'feel" the wind out of the southwest...just can't see the storm yet....barometer is showing it tho... I am 50/50 on this rally. One thing to consider: oil longs have been waaaaaay long over 90% for months and oil continues to rally. same with tech longs, etc. kaplan turning bearish could be final straw? he sold some today and the rally was feeble. We'll see.
