Mani, Well, that is better. One hopes it will propagate and overtake it's crippled mother.

Mani, I sent the following additional email to feedback@ap.org Should have also re-iterated that "introduced" is not the right word, oh well.

RE: ERRORS IN STORY ABOUT PENTIUM IV

WOW, I am extremely impressed that the errors I pointed out below have ALREADY BEEN FIXED! Good work.

There is one remaining error which I think is very significant. The story states that Intel will release the 1.5 GHz version of this chip at the introduction date, but two other sources on the internet say that the initial speeds will be 1.3 GHz and 1.4 GHz, and that the 1.5 GHz version will not be released until Q1'2001.

The two sources I have for this speed information are
tecchannel.de (a German technology magazine on the internet) and
dailynews.yahoo.com
Both of these articles say the 1.5 GHz will not be released in the year 2000.

Thank you very much for your attention

Mani,
RE:"He fixed the article, LOL I think he fixed every single mistake Petz pointed out :)"

The damage had been done and the articles is still incorrect. All Intel did was announce a NAME!...
Whooop de doo...everyone knew it anyway...
There are no chips...
