Heard on another board that VLNC's 10K is due out tomorrow. Can anyone here verify that?

Dear J.M.

You already know where I stand on this issue. But before I attack you another point, I do want to thank you for keeping the board lively and at least I do not have to see Visnic on the board.

I want you to be truthful to us all. Would you not be the first one to complain if VLNC states something in a PR and than fails to follow through, for whatever reason. I can see your post now. "I am calling my attoreny because VLNC stated "X" and it didn't come through as they stated."

Now let me try another one for you. How would you like to be in a position where you are working your ass off trying to produce and get a product to market. There have been many setbacks, as well as a big mistake which has invited the vultures in to sue the company for the Motorola debacle. Ever been deposed? It isn't fun, and it takes a great deal of motivation away from the main objective, which is to produce the product to get it to market to produce sales, etc., etc., etc. After going through that experiance, you can imagine that Lev ain't going to say one word which can get his ass into another shareholder's suit. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I am sure that Lev would be willing to answer all of your questions if you put them to him civilly. Otherwise, if you ask me, except for keeping this board lively, your wasting your time and money.

I wonder if you do file a suit, if it is dismissed, maybe we can sue you!

Enjoy,

Jeff
