1.475 ounces Proven and probable for $42.9M is under $US30 per ounce, which is a very good price.

This implies the other 50%, owned by Echo Bay, is worth about $85.8 million.
All of Echo Bay has a market cap of $150 million,
so maybe Homestake could get all of Round Mountain by buying Echo Bay ?

Just an idea ....... need to look at other assets and debt.
