COMP - NETWORKING
See no reason to change my top rating for the networking sector, as demand for networking equipment remains explosive. When you add the flood of Internet companies to the desire by more and more Fortune 1000 companies to create e-commerce opportunities, there is no end in sight to the demand for routers, hubs, switches, etc.

Though I've seen more companies enter the arena, am also seeing continued consolidation. But consolidation remains a secondary consideration when it comes to this dynamically growing industry where companies are routinely delivering top- and bottom-line of 40% or better. Short-term dips should be seen as (re)entry opportunities, as I expect the networking sector to handily outperform the market for the foreseeable future.
