well, i may not have formulated it correctly...let's say we both don't expect great things from this gold rally in the short term. and from what i hear, not many people do. the most optimistic projections refer to prices slightly above the 300 mark before the next downturn materializes. so it's clearly a rally that's meeting with more skepticism than previous rally attempts. the stock market otoh seems on the verge of a major denouement...did you see the CBOE stats and the Rydex ratios? the complacency is incredibly thick...
