So Merrill thinks fed rate hikes are over? It won't matter to the markets if they are over! The Fed has painted itself into a box; if they don't raise we get inflation (whether acknowledged by the BLS or not) and the bond and fixed income markets collapse as well as the dollar. When that occurs, its game over for stocks. If they do raise, they tank the stock market more directly.
