Insider Buying:

CNBC (Squawk Box) highlighted (@ 7:00am) SanDisk insiders buying stock. I believe Bob Gabele (sp?) is coming on later to discuss this issue. This is typically perceived as very positive news for the company. No mention, yet, of who it was at this time.

I had a dream last night in which Dan Niles at Lehman initiated SNDK with the strong buy he had carried at Robby Stephens. I was so overtaken with gratitude that I showered Lehman with dozens of block trades on this and other stocks and happily marched into our great nation's holiday weekend with SNDK closing the quarter at $76.
