I think you are quite right about that. However, I was not aware that there was to be a "scheduled update" until after I posted the messages this a.m. In fact, the first time I got the "Notification Message" for the update was at 5:30 a.m. EDT - a time period during which the system was "supposed" to be available, but wasn't. Go figure....
