Where is the fallacy?

fact: He was held in contempt of court for lying and submitting false affidavits.
fact: He paid $90,000.00 fine for lying to court, never appealed it.
fact: He settled with Paula Jones for $850,000.00
fact: His disbarment is pending in Arkansas.
