We will probably find support at NDX 3650 but the must hold area is NDX 3600. Violation of this level will imply a test of the May lows.

Like I said in an earlier post... More warnings coming. We shouldn't be surprised about our favorite techies warning. The bars are set too high. With past record earnings, came higher "future" expectations. Higher expectations can only be met with a growing economy.

ISW Mid-Week Update

If you haven't heard by now, the Fed decided to leave
key interest rates unchanged when it concluded its
two-day Open Market Committee meeting yesterday.
Investors responded by pushing up the major averages.
And Internet stocks were no exception. The AMEX
Internet Index finished the day up a respectable
1.5%, and many leading Net stocks were up
considerably more.

With yesterday's gain, the Internet Index is now 16
points above its lower 25-day moving average. Thus,
our i-TIMER indicator remains positive and you should
continue to invest aggressively in the strongest
Internet stocks.

Over the past few weeks, the Internet Index has been
moving sideways in a basing pattern that should
provide a solid launching pad for the next big
advance. Don't wait until everyone is excited about
Net stocks again to begin buying aggressively. By
then, most of the big money will have been made.

You should concentrate your efforts on the strongest
stocks the Internet has to offer. Resist the
temptation to take profits in your best performers.
And as always, be intolerant of losses. If a stock
goes against you, giving you a loss of 30% on a
closing basis, that stock should be sold and the
proceeds reinvested in a stronger issue. This is an
integral part of our disciplined approach to
investing in Internet stocks. >> fwiw I think this guy is good and looking at IIX closely may pay albeit presently hte thing looks stuck but it will break one side or the other I think it will on the up..
